Club Championships Finals Day
As you know the championships are drawing to a close and we are holding finals day this coming Saturday. There will be plenty of great tennis to be seen so please come down and support. We will have refreshments and seats out for spectators.
Matches will run approximately as follows:
11am Plate finals.
12 noon Singles finals
2pm Doubles finals
4pm Mixed doubles finals
Finals night will kick off at 8pm and the new venue this year is the Harps clubhouse so we don’t have far to go! We will have presentation of prizes, as well as a good get-together and music. Please make every effort to come down and enjoy the evening as well as congratulate the players.
Reminders:
- people need to book courts for their matches semi finals. Phone bookings will be taken and courts will be paid for by the club.
- Ladies morning will run 10-11am to facilitate the finals.
- Can any player who has a trophy at home please make sure to return it to a committee member or bring it down Saturday morning.
