It’s been a tough couple of weeks in the Winter League for most of the teams. The Ladies 1sts are lying in 5th in their section with 4 points. The 2nds are in 6th and the 3rd team are sitting in 4th.
In Class 4, the Mens 1st team have had a strong season. Since losing their first match 2-1, the 1sts have gone on a bit of a run. Three wins in a row leave them second in their section with 8 points and a shot at the playoffs.
The Mens 2nd team are somewhat at the opposite end of the spectrum. Two losses in the last two weeks leave the second team in 5th place in their section with 4 points.
Most teams have one game left and will play this Sunday (21st Feb). The Ladies 1st and 2nd teams are both at home this week. The 2nd team is on at 9.30 am with the 1st team playing at 11.00 am. The Mens 2nd team are also at home and play at 2.00 pm.
