Congratulations to the Mens 1st team who qualified for the playoffs in Class 4. Four wins in a row, after an opening round defeat, were enough to secure 2nd in their section and set up an away tie against Templeogue in the first round of the playoffs this Sunday.
The Ladies 1st team also managed a 2-1 win this weekend and finish their Winter League in 4th place in their section.
Thank you to everyone who played including those who subbed, often at short notice, and kept the show on the road. Five teams represented Skerries LTC in this Winter League with 39 players taking part over the course of the competition. Hopefully, everyone who took part enjoyed the opportunity for some competitive tennis.
